We want you to love your Daily Ribbed Tank. If something isn't right, we're here to fix it.

How to Start a Return
Email us at hello@hersy.co before sending anything back. Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.

Our 30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with proof of purchase.

Exchanges
If your size or color isn't right, we're happy to offer a free exchange subject to availability. Email hello@hersy.co and we'll sort it out fast.

Return Shipping
We provide a free return label if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. For all other returns — including wrong size ordered, change of mind, or preference — return shipping is the customer's responsibility. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Inspect your order when it arrives. If something is wrong, contact us immediately at hello@hersy.co and we'll resolve it as quickly as possible.

Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, items that have been worn or washed are not eligible for return.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return we'll notify you of approval. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank may take additional time to process.

European Union Orders
EU customers have the right to cancel or return within 14 days for any reason. Standard return conditions apply.

Right to Refuse
We reserve the right to refuse returns that don't meet our conditions or fall outside the return window.

Non-Delivery / Returned Packages
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, uncollected delivery, or refusal, return shipping costs may be deducted from your refund.
